Over-Ripe Bananas...

     What do you do with over-ripe bananas? You make banana bread of course! Who doesn't like a slice of warm, homemade banana bread? My hubby won't touch a banana, but he loves the bread!

I used a new recipe out of the book below, which was a wonderful gift from my bridal shower--what a perfect gift!

I've tried many different banana bread recipes in the past and it's hard to find one that turns out nice and moist.  This recipe turns out really moist and super tasty!

I substituted 1 cup of Greek Yogurt for the buttermilk....I have a new addiction to Greek Yogurt :D
